"I called Protect America to get pricing from them to take over my existing system and monitor my security system monthly. The girl I spoke with was very explicit and gave me all of the information I needed to compare them to other security companies. I did not go with them simply because I didn't care for the way it would be connected to my existing box. It is simply a matter of preference. I would recommend them to anyone. They are strictly DIY and I didn't want to take on the job.

"It turned out very well. The folks that came were very nice, they were on time. Professional and did a really good job cleaning. America's Best contracts out. I didn't have any issues with them or the housecleaning folks. I got a good deal but I thought the price was still a bit high for the size of the house. Also, the fine print said that they only did certain things so they were not able to do any cleaning in my garage or clean any windows. Although, the people who came went above and beyond and were nice enough to clean a sliding glass door and sweep up a patio we have."

"OK first of all I never write reviews, dont have the time. However, the experience I had was amazing. I mean from when they answered the phone I felt comfortable. No high pressure, very straight forward salesperson. I called two other companies and both tried to upsell me from what they advertised. I am so happy I called Skycover! They did not try to upsell me. I purchased exactly what was advertised and saved even more money than I thought. I got a video camera for free with the system! I have a home office and now I can see what my assistant is doing from anywhere I travel in the world and I frequently travel to China for work. The system arrived to my door in a beautiful box and I will admit was concerned about setting it up, but it was plug and play just like the salesperson said.
