Hospitals have to disclose all that will be charged on the bill upfront. Airlines have to disclose everything offered and paid for on your flight upfront. Rental vehicles have to disclose all costs to the customers, before the rental. Purchasing a new car, the salesperson has to disclose all costs related to the final balance, before you buy the car. I would never recommend them because they don't honor their initial contract."
