Treat everyone nice, and do not make disparaging comments about your employee to the customer. If you want a good tub refinishing then he does a good job. I would not rehire.
Stanley Steemer did a good job, not exceptional, but a good job. They move all the furniture and put it back when done. They put something underneath the heavier furniture to protect it. The person who did the job was very nice. They were real efficient.
