We brought the Sofa and on the first date of the delivery, it is not working.
So we need to make a warranty claim. then they came out over 5 times, every-time found out something else is broken or ordered the wrong part to fix it. So it is never get fixed.
Eventually we need to exchange it, one customer service in the call center is  super rude, keep saying impossible, this is not an option. And when I asked to speak to the manager, she first reject my request, then asked me to hold for half hour, and hand up on me. ...
This type of services.......... awful, disgusting, ugly.  

I received prompt and professional attention in the store. The price was quite low for the quality, based on the comparison shopping we did. The delivery of our purchase was right on schedule, with phone notification beforehand. The delivery men carried it up the stairs, helped me set it up, and removed our old mattress quickly and efficiently. When they completed the job, they called their offices and I was asked if I was satisfied with the service. We have had two previous positive transactions with this store, once when we purchased a larger mattress and another when we purchased a recliner. Both pieces are now more than two years old and have held up well. This is our third purchase from Bob's Furniture in Natick.

Our salesman was the pits. He couldn't answer any of my questions with a straight answer and acted like I was offending him by asking about the return policy. I also noticed that some of the floor models were damaged or poorly put together. They were also not able to sub out two cushions on a sofa that we didn't like. I was hoping to get a bargain but ultimately decided not to risk it.

We had a good experience buying a sectional sofa. Wood furniture looked poor quality, but would recommend for upholstery. Sales staff was helpful.

This place is great. They are hard working and they have a fabulous selection of furniture. We knew exactly what we wanted and had looked several other places and they had what we wanted. The cost was fine and the sales people were friendly and professional.

We really liked the selection and prices at Bob's Discount Furniture. They had some nice furniture in all different styles and prices ranges. The staff was friendly, but not pushy at all. We found a very nice 5-piece set (bed, two nightstands, two dressers) for a reasonable price. The delivery service was quick and professional as well. All in all, a very good experience! We would definitely shop at Bob's again!
