"Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"When we decided to get recessed lighting in our family room, we knew we would call Raymond and his team at Excellence Electric. They had done an amazing job completely replacing our old electrical panel a few years ago. As we expected, Raymond got back to us in a very timely manner, and he and his team started the work immediately thereafter. His team consists of very skilled technicians who can do it all. They even did the drywall repair. Once they did the job in our front room, it looked so incredible, we had them do the whole house. What a difference it has made! It was the single most amazing upgrade we could have made to our home. Many thanks to the fantastic team at Excellence. They were all professional, efficient, and so incredibly nice. The peace of mind we have knowing that we can rely on Excellence for all our electrical needs and issues is beyond measure."

"They were overbooked and told me that they were unable to send someone the morning that I scheduled the installation.  Later that day they were able to send someone to hang the lights.  The 2 man team that they sent were very professional and quick.  They were able to hang the lights from my 2nd story roof in less than an hour and a half.  I would definitely use again!

"Trevor Flahive did an absolutely amazing job getting a system designed and installed! He was professional, thorough, and had the system up and running in no time. 10/10 I would recommend new customers to Mr.Flahive, very impressive."

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Very well. An under the counter light fixture needs replaced."

"Verengo kept us aware of each step of the process from contract signing, details of the service, permitting by the city, panel
installation, inspections, etc. The staff was professional, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. They covered all the tubing going from the panels to the electrical box and painted them to match my house color.  There has been a time delay in terms of activating the system but this is due to SCE.  Since we do not actually own the equipment, its maintenance and output is guaranteed by SunRun, the company that takes over after Verengo?s installation.  I have no doubt that solar will put a significant dent in our 450 dollar per month electric bill and add value to our house.
