"Jacob did a great job! He came to the house same day and evaluated the issue. He was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He went through all our options and didn't pressure us either direction. Jacob was able to resolve the clogged toilet in a timely fashion and no mess was left. It was great service and truly appreciated the professionalism."

"Mr. Aquino was very nice. He did say our sewer line was draining into a septic tank instead of the city sewer. The City has verified that it is hooked up to city lines. I don't know if the problem is fixed or not. Only time will tell, but I would use the A-Team again and recommend them to others."

"We had a terible drain clog and had backups coming into our toilet and shower. We called Diamond House Plumbing and they sent Jeff out right away. He was able to clear the blockage, pulling out many roots and blasting our lines clear with a very impresive water hydro-jet system. "Definitely impressed Drew is an awesome human being and phenomenal plumber and drain specialist!!! We were having to go to our neighbors house to use the restroom as our sewer line was backing up for more than a week. Drew came out after hours and within hours of the inspection, he had me and my family sitting back in our own restroom in comfort. Not only did he get our sewer flowing but he did it with all new sew line installed. I will definitely be calling him for the future plumbing issues!!! We are forever grateful and will be a customer for life!!!! Call Service Flow plumbing!!!"
