LOVE these guys! Great customer service! Got right back to me. Our water main had a leak. Thought it would be very expensive to fix. They came out checked it out. Sent Eric out the next day (very knowledgeable) he found the leak repaired it same day and the price/cost was more than reasonable! Have also used them for air conditioning. All their employees are great over there! They are my go-to plumbers now.

We called Aloha out to look at our garbage disposal that had been acting up, and not working properly. The girls in the office were extremely friendly and professional. It was nice to find a company that actually answers their phone and isn’t automated. It was a relief to talk to real people, who were able to answer all our questions! We received updates via text when our tech was going to arrive! This was extremely helpful, so we didn’t waste are whole day at home waiting. When the tech arrived he was friendly, and without asking wore boot covers over his shoes before entering our house. The tech was able to identify the problem immediately and fix it! We also had him take a look at are bathroom drains. Due to my long hair that is always shedding, clogged drains is an on going problem in are home! They cleared both are bathroom and bathtub drains, and was able to give us tips on how to keep it clear. They cleaned up after themselves! We were extremely happy with this service and would call them again!
