"The project took about 5 weeks from start to finish. Conrad's crew(usually 3 people, sometimes more depending on the phase of projects) showed up every day except for 1 week due to a permit snafu(really my fault). Conrad and his crew are very hard working and professional, and their attention to details are amazing. It was almost mesmerizing to watch the guys cut and lay the brick pavers with such attention and precision you would almost only expect from a watchmarker. The quality of work at the end exceeded my expectation in every way. Also, Conrad made sure I was completely happy about everything before taking the final payment. For example, one area of pavers didn't drain well, which I only complained to Conrad but didn't insist it be fixed assuming it would be too late to do so. However, Conrad offered to rebuild that area without a second thought. If there is anything non-positive, it would be that Conrad seems reluctant to accept changes or additional tasks(even with additional payment) once the project started, perhaps due to the busy schedule. So just make sure all the details are communicated well with him in the proposal phase.  I highly recommend him to anyone who are thinking about transforming their yard. You won't be disappointed.
