I had a great experience working with Drain It Pluming. They are very kind, hard working and punctual. I appreciated their constant communication and updates over the phone, via text, and in email. They are a very detail oriented company and they thoroughly explained the problems with my plumbing, and answered all of my questions. If I have future plumbing problems, I would definitely work with them again

We did not expect to need such a big job done, however our home is very old and the original plumbing was in major need of replacement. there were complications with the electrical wiring crossing the pipes and Enrique was very patient and forgiving (he got shocked!!) After an electrician came and fixed the wiring Enrique was able to complete the job. On top of the work done he gave us full assessment of other issues underneath the house so we are prepared. Enrique was fantastic. will hire again and recommend to people!

Enrique was GREAT! He was prompt and gave me a run down of everything that he would be looking at to assess our situation. He did a thorough review of our pipes, water heater and drain. I would definitely work with Drain It Plumbing again!

Work was done as estimated with very good pricing compared to other estimates. Very professional and explained entire process as it was going on. Very little down time without water or toilet use. A camera visualized new plumbing and water flow showing need for further root removal and improve water flow. Was very pleased with overall job.

Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. A secondary issue was noticed and we were informed that if that becomes a problem, they will return and amount paid now will be credited towards future charge. That is a great business practice.
