Gets his equipment, and gets to work. He cleaned out and inspected the firebox. Checked out the flue and the protective screen then cleaned the chimney. When he was done with the inside, he went up on the roof and finished inspecting the chimney from the top making sure that everything was functioning as it should. Came back in, packed up all his gear, made sure the area was clean. I asked about their "Fire and Ice" system. Gave me the info I needed, no hard sell simply answered my questions. Based on this experience I will use them again to clean my other fireplace and other services that they offer."
