I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"I had just purchased a new town home in Santa Fe Springs that came with a plain concrete slab in my rear yard entertaining area. I wasn't happy with the look and decided to give Martin from Pacificland Constructors a call since he had done work on other rental properties I own.

I told Martin that I wanted a new stamped concrete patio slab for my rear patio area. For our initial estimate meeting Martin came with several brochures from the different concrete colors available and stamp patterns for me to keep and help with my decision making. I decided to move forward with the job and it came out great. His crew was done in three days (Day 1 - demo, Day 2 - concrete pour, Day 3 - clean up and sealer).
