"I bought my first smart tv for Christmas. I had no idea how different it is from a regular tv. The Audio Visual store I bought it from would not help me so I went to Home Advisor for help. I was referred to Monstech and two others. Roberto from Monstech responded promptly, he zoomed in on my problems quickly, and came today for a tv tutorial and analysis of the technical problems. He's an awesome technician and a kind, understanding person. I highly recommend Roberto and Monstech.
