Grateful to have our wooden sliding glass door fixed after it was stuck off track. Leo did a great job problem solving and overcoming obstacles. He also capped a couple of our sprinklers. He is multi- talented and we will hire him again.

His workers were very pleasant and professional they started work each day at the same time and stopped at the same time they worked a full 8 hour days. His estimated start date and completion date were right on point, the cost to do the job did not change nor were there any haggling. I thank God for Leo Zambrano and his team of workers I was Blessed to do business with Leo and would HIGHLY recommend him to family and friends.

Leo and his crew spent over a week on my rental doing the following: Prepping the walls, in two bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, and kitchen. Painted all rooms except for the kitchen, replaced broken tiles in the bathroom, fixed cabinets so they closed easily instead of sticking or just not closing at all, installed two light fixtures, replaced fallen stucco on an exterior wall, and poured cement in a pathway to front door where it was cracked and dangerous. His crew worked non-top including on Saturday. Everything they worked on looks great and works perfectly. Very happy with Leo and his crew and would hire again.

They took needed initiative and communicated regularly (and sent photos) with this property manager who could not be on site. Job was well done

I had an exterior dog proofing project that had no simple solutions but required creative thinking and knowledge of many trades. Leo responded fast, came with 2 more guys, was very inventive in his approach and completed the job to my highest expectations. I was reluctant at first as he offered his services to be payed fee hour, which sometimes is a bottomless bottle. However, I was very impressed with how fast the guys were working and the price was very reasonable. I will surely hire Leo again.

The guys came out at a moments notice and were friendly, clean and respectable. We have a very high roof top, they uninstalled (2) satellite dishes in no time. They patched the rooftop for rain and carted away the old dishes. Very impressed with this level of service. Will call these guys again!

The two guys, Ernesto and Herson, were very hard workers. They did a great job -beautiful workmanship. I provided them all the supplies and it worked out perfectly. I paid for their labor and gas to pick up the cement and wire mesh at a local hardware store. Thank you for the excellent experience!!!

Our company hired Zambrano's Brothers for different projects in single family home remodel and new construction. Leo and his crew were very professional, on time and hard working. Their adverse knowledge in carpentry and painting were a great asset to have readily available. We would recommend Leo and his crew to anyone needing carpentry, painting and other handy work done.

They responded quickly to our need for a cabinet repair. The guy was professional and nice.

Leo was friendly, polite, prompt, and followed up with my communications quickly. We hired his company to move boxes from our living room to a shed. He quoted us $300 to move most of the boxes into the shed behind our home. After approximately 1/4 of the boxes were moved out of our home, he asked me for an additional $50 to pay for gas expenses, as he said he underestimated the number of boxes that needed to be moved and felt that he would be losing money on the job if not paid the additional $50. He did not provide dollies, so we provided 1. His workers completed the job quickly, as instructed, and neatly. His final price was $100 less than another quote, so it appears as if we got a good price for the work. We have other jobs to complete, but we plan to do the responsible thing and get estimates on each job to ensure we continue to get good value on our service purchases. I recommend future purchasers do so as well.

We had used Zambrano's Brothers Painting before to stain our wood fences. We were so happy with the work that we hired them again to paint the entire exterior of our home, including our balcony floors and stair rails. Overall, we are very pleased with the work. We've received many compliments from our neighbors. In fact, our next door neighbor hired them to paint their house. Only remaining item is a few touch-ups and to fix a broken roof tile. We are very pleased with the workmanship and continue to recommend them!

Leo Zambrano did an excellent job in staining our wood fences. He was on time, courteous and completed the job on time. His price was very reasonable. We liked him so much that we are having him come back to paint the exterior of our house!
