The estimate was less than the other one I had gotten, but I felt assured that I was going to get high quality work. I got the estimate in the fall, when lots of people are getting their trees done, so the wait time to get the job scheduled was about a month. I actually ended up postponing the work till after the new year--the new appointment was easily arranged. I got a reminder/confirmation call the day before. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled at 7:00 a.m., even though I am fairly far from their location in Whittier. The work was done quickly and well and even a few extra things were done as a courtesy that had not been included in the estimate. The cleanup was complete and thorough.
