"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The open layout design changed the way we use the space, and it’s been perfect for family gatherings. They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. Really impressed!"

"I had my garden and bathroom remodel done. Albert and Samuel were professional, friendly, and a delight to work with. They're responsive and reliable. I also like the subcontractors whom they used on my project. They kept me informed of everything and I appreciate their excellent work."

"Very professional. Completed the job in two weeks. The deliverables were as promised. They were very independent, requiring only minimal involvement from the client. However, communication with the owner could be enhanced a bit."

"Progressive Builders is hands down the best contractors company we've ever worked with. Eric is professional, timely, hardworking and above all honest and fair almost to a fault. He does all major renovation and construction work on my properties and recently completed a significant gut remodel and addition to one of our houses . He is great and understands the entire construction process including permitting and working with the planning department to get everything signed off. Even better, his prices are fair and reasonable."

"IY Development did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel in San Francisco. The team was professional, quick, and made sure everything looked perfect. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend them!"

"Venetian builders was a great company to hire for our remodeling project and to work with. Our kitchen remodeling started within a week from the time we agreed about what to do, how much will it cost and where we will get all the materials to the project. At first, we wanted to do something light in the kitchen that will includes the replacement of the existing cabinets and appliances but at the end it turned into large remodeling because we decided to add on more things to the work (such as, new LED lightings, new plumbing etc..). Every little part of the work was handled with a lot of professionalism and care, like the addition of a cooking hose that Michael recommended us to do, relocation of some light switches, a larger kitchen sink and faucet, a larger marble top island, new solid front door, interior painting. We had a truly pleasure to meet with Michael, discussing about what to do and how to design the space and mainly to work with the crew of people that did the actual work under the management of him. The price was fair and affordable and their work is remarkable! We will not hesitate to hire them again and again for another remodeling project."

"The team was always on time, professional, and easy to communicate with during the kitchen remodeling process. Highly recommend!"
