"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. Erik came out and took a look, told me his plan for the best location (turned out perfect), also recommended a garage light sensor to add for small additional charge, I guess was easy to install as he had to do most the work for the patio (drilling hole from garage outlet) so thought to offer this addition. Extra awesome since my complex we don't have automatic openers and I had to fish for the overhead light in the dark. He was clean, courteous, and professional (even moved my stuff in the garage to do the job, then put back after he was done)!

"My past experience with contractors was not that good. me and my wife wanted to have our kitchen renovated. We spoke and asked several of our friends if they know anyone that is trustworthy. We got the information about Best builders group and we called and spoke to Zohar. Zohar was pleasant person to talk to and we asked him to come over and look at the current kitchen. Zohar came and saw the kitchen. He measured and set with us trying to figure out what we would like to do. The second meeting, Zohar came over with a 3D design of the new kitchen and with prices. The price that he gave us fits our budget and we were happy with what Zohar can give us for that price. The new kitchen that he did for us included all the appliances, Counter top, Mid size island and cabinets among new lights and outlets. The work that he did took close to a month and the workers did a great job! we were surprised with the quality of the work and how it came the same as in the digital design that he did or us."

"We hired Cielo Construction Company to do major renovations
to our home in California. We upgraded to a new kitchen and upgraded 2
bathrooms, put an opening in a load bearing wall so we can look from the
kitchen into living room, installed all new hardwood floors, and upgraded the
electrical box and installed all led recessed lighting. This was a big project
and they were a great company to work with.

My contractor, Alfie was very knowledgeable and answered all
our questions. Alfie had a lot of patience and made great suggestions when we
had trouble picking out materials. He was always available by phone any time
and he brought in great crew to work in the house. Two of his men, Luis and
Mingo were especially good at paying attention to all the details and really
listened to any of the concerns we had. When I thought the bathroom water was
not hot enough, Luis stayed extra time to adjust the valve to make sure the
water was as hot as we needed.

As for the load bearing wall, the company brought in an engineer
and architect to do the calculations for the wall and submitted for the
permits. When the cabinets came in for the kitchen, Alfie realized we had
enough room to add an extra cabinet and he just added it for no extra cost. If
ever there was a problem they tried to fix them immediately. Alfie also worked
hard to try to stay within our budget and was very honest. He even fixed a few
other things around the house while he was there and was really accommodating
to a lot of the requests my mom had. We are very happy with all the work they
did and really love how everything turned out."

The project begin in late October 2013 and lasted until early February 2014. Because they were working with a general contractor the owner of RJB Electric, Richard Blakeman, needed to schedule their work when there was time available and they always worked around the general contractor's schedule. Throughout the 4 month process all of RLB's employees conducted themselves in a professional and knowledgeable manner and offered suggestions on some other electrical areas that were outside their agreed upon scope of work. On many occasions I was able to observe their work and their commitment to do the job correctly the first time was evident from the beginning. I really enjoyed Richard asking questions and making sure he had a clear understanding of what we really wanted to accomplish so the direction he gave his employees was both accurate as well as what we considered the best alternative (when it applied).

An example of one area that pleased the church happened early on when RJB found out that the entire batch of the most expensive lights we were to have installed were bad from the factory. His employees went through all of these lights and contacted the supplier and although it took a while for that company to finally make things right RJB always kept us up to date on the progress of getting this corrected. The end result of all their work is we are extremely pleased with all the lights being on dimmers as well as most of them being programmable so we can have different settings depending on the time of year.

I was the and quot;go toand quot; person for the church project and enjoyed my relationship with the company and would not hesitate to refer them to other electrical jobs.

"Otero landscaping installed two trees on our property, did some leveling, prepping and sodding, also installed a sprinkler system, and some slope landscaping in three different areas around our house. Most of the slope landscaping did well, except for one area that did not do so well. They returned to see how they could fix this one area but it just never took. It may have been that we have really bad soil in that particular slope among other factors. We are very happy with the sod/lawn that they installed using a new designer sod: RTF. It is self repairing so if we get brown spots from the dogs, it will grow back in in a few weeks. This grass also grows fast. The trees are a palm tree and a shade tree in the back. they are also doing well. They also installed a railroad tie wall around the new lawn. We were pretty happy with the work. The job was originally supposed to take a week, but ended up taking two weeks. Of course we also kept adding more work to the original job. The owner if very nice and willing to fix anything that the customer is unhappy with or wants do to differently than the original plan."
