"Great guys they have the job to install the rest of my applices"

"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"Awesome! Responded immediately, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my mechanical problem and provided me with the most cost effective option. I would definitely hire this company again!"

"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."

"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends. We are thinking to remodel out bathroom soon and I already contact Eric for a quote. Thanks again for such a beautiful work we love our new kitchen!!

"We are just starting right now on the demo process of adding a new room into our home."

"We were extremely happy with Precise, Dino, Vlady and the whole team.We were quoted a price and they never went over it and they finished the job exactly when they said it would be done. They even came back twice (after the job was officially done) to install a medicine cabinet that came late. They always called me back when I called. Lee in the office was very communicative and helpful. We will totally use them again and plan on doing it soon.

"Planning my kitchen has been my dream since I bought my new home 2-1/2 years ago. After meeting with other contractors i decided not to wait any longer. I am pleased to give Venetian Builders, a family-owned construction company, my rating of “excellent” in their completion of my kitchen renovation. Michael and Jonathan (project manager) sat down with me to discuss my vison and budget constraints. Jonathan and Michael assured me that they would take necessary precautions to protect my house and my pets during the process. We came up with a design plan and schedule dates. The city inspector was familiar with the company and the project manager and gave approved with no corrections needed. Three words describe Venetian Builders, Inc……..Superb quality, dependability, and customer service. I will definitely use them for future projects and I highly recommend them. Jonathan kept me apprised of progress daily, in person or by phone, ensuring the workers were completing their tasks properly. I never had to worry. Jonathan is very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and congenial. After each step we checked to make sure I was satisfied with the progress. At the end of the project, Jonathan went step by step with me to make sure I was happy with the results. I love my new kitchen….and now I am excited about new recipes! I am now a proud member of the Venetian Builders family. Please feel free to contact me for further details."

"The person who came to do the work is Larry. I really liked him. My overall experience with him was very good. I have worked with him a couple of times in the past. His prices are very reasonable. He is very punctual. He shows up when he says he is going to show up. He seems to be very honest. In fact he even went out there to fix the original stove. He didn't even charge me for that visit. I had decided to forget and not try to repair the old stove; I would get a new stove. He came and installed the new stove. He came back and did not even charge me for the time he had to first go around. I would definitely use him in the future."
