"They were the highest bid. They were very timely. They got things done in a hurry. The kitchen is beautiful and everything they do. They take a lot of pride in their work. They know what they are doing and they are very scientific about how they go about it. You just have to trust them and it is beautiful. What you end up with is spectacular. The price was high. I don't think he listened to me when I tried to explain that I hadn't decided on what kind of window I wanted. I think that we had communication problems. They followed their schedule very carefully. They kept busy. The fellow in charge tries hard."

"It was fine. We thought we were getting a toilet that had two flushes but that’s not what we got. They used a picture of a toilet that they had on stock. They came out right away. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do. The price was great."
