Based on reviews and recommendations we got from neighbors and friends, we called Mint for a quote. Jon Green, the owner, came to the house. He was a nice guy and very easy to communicate with. He answered all our questions and gave us advice when we asked for it. There was no pressure to commit to anything during the visit, and he sent us a quote the following day. We got a couple of other quotes, but ultimately we chose Mint because of their stellar reputation and ease of communication. Jon got us exact paint samples to try before the project started, and he gave us an accurate start date that worked with our schedule. On the first day that work was to start (July 1, 2019), Oscar, the project supervisor, and his crew from Mint, showed up. Oscar answered all my questions and addressed all of my areas of concern. "Should be called We DON'T Care. 2 weeks ago, my heater went out just 2 years after I installed it for almost $10K. A tech came out and said I needed a new part to have it fixed. He said it would only take a few days to arrive. A week and a half went by and no word from WeDon'tCare. I called them last week and they condescendingly said they couldn't give me an ETA for the part but to be assured they'd call when it arrived. (Ever hear of tracking?) Several more days of freezing cold went by with no word from WeDGAF. I called back again and they said they couldn't get the part because they couldn't find it. So they lied to me! They needed to send someone back out AGAIN to try to figure out another workaround. So, the same tech is coming back tomorrow to do what he should've done 2 weeks ago. He'd convinced me to sign up for their BS VIP program, but that's going to be cancelled tomorrow and refunded."
