"Tom was on time for the estimate and gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. His workers were here when they were supposed to be and did a very good job, especially considering digging in our clay soil is like digging in concrete. Tom himself came back a couple of times to make sure all was well and make adjustments to the new sprinkler system. Recently one of the new sprinkler timers went bad and Tom came to our house and took care of the problem. Overall, the work and professionalism displayed by Tom and his crew could not have been better. We were extremely pleased."

"I have a spray-foam roof and I have used this company before. They are not the cheapest but they offer quality work and leave the place really tidy. This time I needed to have three skylights installed and was having a devil of a time finding reasonable quotes. I knew I'd have to have them out after to fix any roofing issues so I spoke with them early on. The owner, Ed, came out himself and suggested they do the whole job, roof sealing AND installation. I jumped at the chance and they did the job today. I couldn't have asked for more. The employees were really nice and professional, did a great job, and left the place immaculate. I'm thrilled!!!"

"Bought a house to be flipped, replaced any damaged areas and bring the house up to date with modern features. The bathroom needed re-tiled. The driveway was badly in shape , layered and designed concrete was used. All the kitchen cabinets were stripped and refaced . Stained that matched the decor. The roof was replaced with new shingles."

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Most houses are expected to settle over time, but foundation sinking of more than a few inches or uneven sinking of more than an inch for every 20 feet is cause for concern. Any significant or uneven sinking should be assessed by a professional to determine the cause and perform any necessary repairs.

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.

Address drainage issues, avoid heavy loads, and seal cracks to prevent future settling.

Costs range from $500 to $1,500, depending on the size and condition of the area.

A slurry of cement, sand, and water is injected beneath the concrete to lift and stabilize it.
