"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! "Tom was on time for the estimate and gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. His workers were here when they were supposed to be and did a very good job, especially considering digging in our clay soil is like digging in concrete. Tom himself came back a couple of times to make sure all was well and make adjustments to the new sprinkler system. Recently one of the new sprinkler timers went bad and Tom came to our house and took care of the problem. "I have a spray-foam roof and I have used this company before. They are not the cheapest but they offer quality work and leave the place really tidy. This time I needed to have three skylights installed and was having a devil of a time finding reasonable quotes. I knew I'd have to have them out after to fix any roofing issues so I spoke with them early on. The owner, Ed, came out himself and suggested they do the whole job, roof sealing AND installation.
