"Very good. He found the problem and repair it the sprinkler."

"He showed up promptly at 8 am. Came in, took a look at the water damage, and the drain hole in the balcony. He provoded me with some insight on how the works usually go and what to expect. I am going to try one of his suggestions to quickly fix the leak, but of that did not work, i will need a more drastic fix."

"Great company to work with. Excellent knowledge of materials and applications. Skilled labor that will give you a beautiful end result. Always on time(earlier than the arrived time). They take there time to set up plastic and ram board to protect all the finish surfaces in the house. You can find a cheaper guy buy you’ll pay more to get Mr Guerras Lathing and Plastering to fix the other guys work!!!! Highly recommend Guerras Lathing and Plastering for all small or big projects. Just awesome work will be booking him for my other three projects!!!"

"After working with other contractors over the years on different home renovations and never having a good experience, I am SO pleased with the work done to remove a wall in our house and create a more open floor plan. He was professional, communicated throughout the project (something I’ve had challenges with in the past with other contractors), and stuck to the original timeline - another miracle! The work itself was also high quality. I can’t recommend enough and will be using going forward for all my home projects."

"I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and workmanship provided. From the initial consultation through project completion, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to explain the repairs and answer all of my questions. The sliding door and track repair was completed efficiently and with exceptional craftsmanship. What stood out most was his commitment to doing the job correctly rather than taking shortcuts. He carefully assessed the issue, provided an honest evaluation, and delivered a solution that exceeded my expectations. The door now operates smoothly, and the repair was completed with precision and care. In addition to his technical skills, his customer service was outstanding."
