From the moment we started the process they answered my questions and clearly explained the process they would follow to repair the roof and install new gutters. I especially appreciated their punctuality, from the first meeting for the estimate, to arrival time at the job site. Their quote was competitive and combined with the professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality made the experience worry free.

They worked thru some very hot days to complete the gutter and facia boards. Did a great job and now weâ re ready for the rainy season.

Francisco arrived on time, helped me fixed the loose tile and checked other areas on the roof for loose tiles and fixed as necessary. The price was fair as he quoted on the phone.

Francisco and his assistant were very professional and personable. Landeros is a licensed contractor with a specific license in roofing. The cost was reasonable and scheduling was easy. They showed up for work when they said they would and reroofed the old Tuff Shed with existing vent and skylight in one day plus roof diverter adjustment the following morning. I was very happy to have been able to hire them.

There is a personal touch element; he noticed the roof is older and suggested that with another small addition on my part, I can have it totally replaced.

Was prompt when told when they would come. May an effort to get tile which matched because former company went out of business

David convinced me that while doing spot repair would be cheaper. But the thinner composite roof tile on my shed roof would be vulnerable to storms as before. The best solution is to cover the old roof with new larger composite roof files as one of my neighbors did to be trouble-free for the next 30 years. Although the cost would be a lot higher than I planned to spend, I decide to accept his advice due to ever-escalating inflation to save money.

David was fantastic! He came over on the same day that I spoke to him and made immediate repairs to the flashing near the A/C unit. He even noticed a couple of other issues that he repaired and didn't charge anything extra. I highly recommend him; his pricing was very reasonable and beat other roofing companies.

He did a thorough check of my roof, and found several minor problems. He repaired all of them. Very personable person who has life-long roofing experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs roofing work.
