I am still waiting on a meeting to review the changes we want, yet I keep getting emails with their own concept of our project instead of a proper Teams or Google meeting. I was even sent an email to schedule a ?revision if needed,? which makes it feel like I am being blamed for not accepting a design we have never discussed in detail. My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.? I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them. I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.? "

"Italish Remoldling and Custom Cabinets is a great company if you need any remodeling done. They did a complete remodeling of two bathrooms which included taking out a sunken tub and making a walk-in shower in master bathroom and installing a pocket door. In guest bathroom they add a shower to current bath tub. Made all new cabinets for both bathrooms to our expectations. They updated our kitchen cabinets by making new soft close cabinet door fronts and new soft close drawers They installed new doors throughout our house including new front door, garage door, kitchen fire door, all bedrooms, and bathroom doors. Installed new flooring in our living room. Everything turned out beautifully. Every detail we asked from Rodney and his crew, they made it work. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are quick, reliable, a great team of professionals. Rodney is a great source of information. He had lots of connections to other contractors to help complete our remodeling needs. He followed up with outside contractors to make sure the job they were working on was done correctly. If I need anything else done, this company will be my first call."
