"I called Construction Masters to come out and give me a quote on converting my garage to an ADU. Mickey came out to take a look and measure. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the laws regarding codes and permits. He asked me questions and then made suggestions for the layout and walked me through the process After receiving the proposal, we decided to go ahead and I was very happy with my decision. Throughout the process, he was very responsive and came everyday to check on the progress and instruct the workers. The end result was even better than expected and completed before schedule. Thank you Construction Masters."

"Pristine did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. The work included new cabinets, flooring, counters and backsplash. The owners, Nathan and Mike were very "hands on." Everyday, one or both came by to co-ordinate with their workers. They had very good attention to detail. All of the work performed was done in a professional manner. We would definitely use them for any remodel."

"I would suggest Bob and Nicole. We hired Platinum Home Builders to complete a difficult project that included moving and relocating a 100-year-old Douglas home, pouring a new foundation, and installing a new floor plan and a completely developed basement. I would go into more detail, but I believe the most important thing we learned was how much we trusted Platinum Home Builders to do the correct thing and make the right judgments."

"The craftsmanship and dedication of So Cal Builders & Design Inc are unmatched. Every member of their team is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering the best results possible."

"Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling.

This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms.

During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations.

Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. Dust-protection of floors, staged items and furniture was well-implemented, with residual particles (floaters) needing post-remodeling attention.

I want to thank Nathan and KN Remodeling

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. Our remodel had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all he was a great guy and I'm happy to call him a friend even years after the work is done. Highly recommend!"

"Very smooth process. Amir scheduled the site visit the week before and then followed up with a clear description of what could be built and what couldn’t be built on the property. Would definitely use again!"
