Infinity Garage Door and Gate

My garage door stopped opening or closing, and my first call was to Infinity Garage Door and Gate. I had a very good experience with them about five years ago when Uzi helped me get my garage door working via a phone conversation and didn’t even charge me. I knew when it came time to replace my old garage door motor that I wanted Infinity to do the job. I called in the morning and Jaime was able to come to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours. He even stayed after to help me set up the phone app that allows the garage door to open or close remotely. I am very happy with the quality of Jaime’s work and the system that he installed. A bonus is that with the new rollers he installed, the door is much quieter when opening or closing. I would definitely recommend Jaime and Infinity Garage doors and would not hesitate to use them again.

the chain/cable on my garage door opener broke. Even though the opener was old, the motor still worked so Leon was able to replace the cable and I didn't have to get a new opener. Prompt response and good work

UZI responded immediately and came on time the next morning. He investigated the problem, and realized that only a small component of the lift was not functioning properly. He then did some internet research on-site, figured out he could install a new surface mounted touch pad, connect it to a transformer that was then connected to the original motor and ... VOILA! It now works perfectly! He saved me quite a lot of money, was incredibly honest and I am absolutely delighted to know him and refer him to all my neighbors. He's the real deal and deserves the highest business rating.

3/3/19 I had a dangerous emergency with my garage door on a Sunday! The hardware on my garage door broke and the garage door was hanging in the air above the back window of my car. I was unable to get my car out of the garage. I was so panicked and was calling every garage door company but on a Sunday only 2 companies answered. The first company that answered could not help me. Then thankfully, Uzi the owner of Infinity Garage Door answered the phone and immediately sent Tomer to help me. Tomer even called me to reassure me that he was on the way. Within 20 minutes he arrived. He propped the garage door up so I could get me car out of the garage and then temporarily braced the door until their installers could come the next day. The next morning the installers came and replaced the wood around the entrance to my garage and installed new hardware on my garage door. A few days later when I called to request an adjustment on the door, Tomer came to my house immediately to adjust my garage door and put weather stripping around the door. I am so grateful to Uzi and Tomer for rescuing me when I was facing a dangerous emergency with my garage door on a Sunday when no other garage door company would help me. Tomer is a very skilled technician and cared enough to rescue me. Thank you Tomer for helping me.

The door was off a little bit. Making a little bit of noise. They adjusted the door and took care of the moving part. He checked everything out for me. Gave me assurance that the garage door was working properly. They got the door leveled now. It's a smoother operating door because of the tune up work. I'm very glad that I found them on Angie's List and I am very pleased with them and will use them again. They explained everything. Pleasure to work with.

Fixed with good time response and price

Uzi and his team installed a new garage door about 18 months ago. Everything was going well until Christmas night. No clue why one of the pulley cables for the door unravelled. That caused the door to jam and warp the side rails/frames. I called Uzi in the morning and he was out here by noon as planned. He fixed everything like new and without having to pay too much. Will def. use them again. In no way do I think it was the initial install that caused the issue. That is why I called them to repair it. Great work, will use again if needed.

Uzi is wonderful. Came early, replaced the spring quickly, was personable, fare price. All in all a great experience. He is Very honest.

Yuzi was excellent. Called right away. We arranged to have him arrive the next day. He was very prompt, very professional and extremely nice. He replaced the spring in about 30 minutes. He also helped us remove the weather stripping that was hanging from one of the garage door panels and is going to contact us with a price to replace the panel in case we want to go that way. I would highly recommend Yuzi to anyone who needs their garage door serviced.

The rep came out at the scheduled time and did his service which took him about 15 min. He knew what he was doing and tuned the garage. It open and closes now quieter and smoother.

I had the best experience with Infinity Garage Doors. I'm so thankful for Uzi! He gave a thorough overview of options when I called and talked through the different brands and versions of openers. I was pleasantly surprised when I connected with him because I'd been thorough in getting prices from other companies and his was really the best deal for the newer model of Liftmaster. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Uzi arrived ahead of schedule and was professional throughout. Due to some complications with my home warranty, I had to have proof of Uzi's findings. He was generous with his time a few weeks after his visit to my home, bearing with me on a 20+ minute hold with the company. I felt so bad but he was kind enough to help me through the situation which cleared things up for me. I highly recommend using Uzi and the team at Infinity Garage.

Uzi arrived on time and checked all our concerns. The garage door not staying up or in an intermediate position when motor was disconnected was a malfunction, and hazard since it could fall on the car rather than staying put. Uzi suggested either tightening the springs or replacing them. We opted for replacement. The garage door now stays where you put it when the motor is disengaged as well as working as it should when using the motor. Reasonable cost and good communication with UZI - he answered all our questions.

Uzi priced this job very fairly. Luckily, he was able to come the same day the one spring broke. I took his advice and replaced 2 additional springs since I didn't know their age. Very prompt, professional and happy attitude, job done right and I would definitely recommend Infinity Garage Door and Gate. Just outstanding service. Thank you!

So the garage at my moms house was a constant game of chance where somedays it would work as if nothing was wrong and other days it would not go down or get stuck going up. Once it got to the point where we had to physically pull the door up and down I figured it was time to call a professional. Uzi came and fixed my moms chain link garage door that next day. He was fast, polite, professional and once he was done the door worked good as new.
