He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."

He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. Brothers does windows only, has been in business for 30 years (my window installer, Wes has been with the company for 25 years, so that speaks volumes) so they know what they’re doing and got the windows installed so quickly, they were done in a day. If I ever need new windows again, I’d go with them again and will recommend to any friends and neighbors as well."
