"Ours is not an easy job. Cul de sac road, one way in and one way out. Required a lot of coordination with residents. The product and application has stood the test of time. Far superior to previous sealing. All but one resident had their personal driveways done at the same time. Needless to say, there is only one unhappy camper on this street! No. You cannot use asphalt products on concrete driveways. Meanwhile, asphalt sealers contain refined coal tar (asphalt emulsion), water, sand, clay, polymers, and additives and are incompatible with concrete’s surface texture and higher density.

For concrete and asphalt, it's best to clean the surface thoroughly twice a year with a stiff broom and a pressure washer to remove accumulated dirt and debris. Sealing the driveway is crucial to protect it from water damage and freeze-thaw cycles.
