He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "He did not have the right tools. I have some kind of transformer that takes like 220 current and turns into a 110 current and so I said does that transformer go to the light that lights up my house and he said I really don't know. He just did not get stuff finished. He gets it half done and say and okay I think you need a new transformer right take this to an electrical wholesaler and have them make sure that its a bad transformer but anyway he took it off so I don't have the transformer hooked up. he could not fix the light in another place because he could not get in. I just was disappointed and I kept thinking well maybe if I give him one more project he can do the next project well. It just kind of went from bad to worse. We tried to change the light bulbs at a 23 foot ceiling in my main entry and so he had an extended ladder and an extension pole and instead of him getting up on it he pushed his Mexican worker on it who does not speak English and has never done it before and then he locked the room. He does not really know what he is doing. I just felt it was unprofessional. I paid him additional money. I paid him a lot more money than the Angie's list price to see if he could get everything accomplished. Many things left unaccomplished. He was frustrated and I was frustrated and then I got his bill."
