He was on time and completed the job with no surprises. My house is 57yrs old and pipes for washing machine were small and outdated - and also hadn't been used in years - he had to replace sections of the pipes and clear the lines and remove a very old utility sink. The workmanship was great in the interior attic and for the exterior condenser. They cleaned-up afterwards and left no trace or trash.
