Well, Honest Sewer & Drain's Dustin Heffington talked to us on the phone in length determining the company could help us with our absolute muddy mess and leak! Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. I had a terrible water heater and Eric was the only plumber that gave me a easy to find list of materials at home depot along staying in communication with me leading up to the project. When the job was finished my new installed water heater worked perfectly and there was no mess to clean. Eric also pointed out a issue I had with my washer water outlet box which was leaking and beginning to deteriorate which is likely to save me money down the road."
