"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

"We are waiting for delivery and install. Process had been great so far. Very reasonable pricing. We had 3 other vendors out for quotes. JMK Shutters was the only one to customize the shutters to fit. We are excited to see them installed soon."

"I can't rate the work yet. They are waiting for parts. The people are very nice. The man came out and surveyed the situation; they need to order the parts from Norman Shutters. Because of the Covid virus, Norman is behind. But they called and gave me an update. Which I appreciated"

"Overall it went smoothly without major hitches. There we some delays in getting the windows delivered but that was not on the company. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time. Their price was competitive. The folks who did the work and the estimates were friendly and professional and the quality of work was excellent."

"This is the fastest, easiest way to get window coverings cleaned. And it's one of the few services cleaning Duette-type shades, which are difficult. I wish I had know about them earlier -- CtYD removed years of grime, dust and mold from my shades. I highly recommend them."

"I bought two of the window packages at the end of September. Measurements were taken, the windows were made and in a storage facility, and the the rain started! Finally had them installed yesterday, the guys were very thorough and professional, right on time and very cheerful.
