I ended up borrowing a 3-step ladder from the occupant for the technician. It was risky seeing him pulling himself up into the attic. On his way down, I have to spot him landing his foot on the ladder since the borrowed ladder was still not tall enough."

The painter that is doing the walls (would have used Danny's team but they were already booked solid) commented on how "wow, this took twenty years off of the house" -- he had seen it with the popcorn initially.  This painter also does popcorn removal; and, was clearly impressed  with Danny and his team's work.  
I'm also amazed at how fast the work was done.  I'm on a tight move in schedule; and, Danny and his team completed the job in two days as promised.  They are extremely organized and clean too...no trace of popcorn or anything else after they were done.
