Proper drainage lines installed to channel water run off away from the house. Beautiful new colored & stamped concrete was installed. "They did all of the window panes, even though I miscounted and I was just over the 20 offered in the Big Deal (I was counting windows, not panes).  The guys were friendly, fast, and professional.  The glass was sparkling!  I didn't want to pay extra for deep cleaning of the screens, but they were much improved, even with the basic cleaning.  The one area that could have been improved was the gutters.  They were very dirty and I expected them to be cleaned completely.  However, there was still a lot of dirt in them.  I can't complain too much because I only paid $99 and the clean windows were more than worth the price.
