"An incredibly great experience. I was contacted by email within about 15 minutes of my request, asking if it would be okay to drop by the same afternoon because I said my timing was flexible. I said yes. Because he knew the faucet was going to be replaced, he had the foresight to shut off the water supply on the side of the garage before coming into the back yard. It all took about 10 to 15 minutes. I had tried myself to replace the faucet (went to Lowe's and bought one), but there was no way I could get the old one off after using WD40 and when that didn't work, used a torch. It still didn't come off. I thought I better call a professional. It was amazing to watch him do in about 10 minutes what would've taken me forever, if at all. Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house.  Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.

"Initially, I called Todd to replace our reverse osmosis drinking water system. He gave us a range of choices and prices. We chose a Alkalizer system custom manufactured in Tempe. He installed it quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with this system thus far. He also replaced ten shut-off sink/toilet valves that were inoperable due to hard water deposits. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and found that it was the disposal. He replaced that which fixed the leak. In addition, we had water damage from a previous leak by our refrigerator. He opened the nearby damaged cabinet and adjacent wall to find water and mold inside. Todd handles water damage, mold removal and restoration. We had him remove the damaged wallboard and cabinet and treat the mold. It is an involved process which took about one week. The area was repaired to look as it had prior to the damage. He matched the texture on the wall, the paint color, grout and veneer/wood on the cabinet."

THIS IS NOT A COMMERCIAL!!

The 2 coldest days of the years and my furnace is not working right. Last night the temperature inside was very cold. I called  Sun at 7:30  and advised. Jamie said all the techs were out on jobs; but would try to get someone out  between 1 and 3. O boy! To my pleasant surprise,  Jennie called at 9 and said Tech Chris was on his way. Chris arrived shortly after, determined what the problem, did a temporary fix until a replacement part could be ordered and installed(in one week) All these folks were professional and courteous and came to the rescue of a very cold household. THANK YOU ALL!
