"We used both services, this part of the review is for the window cleaning.  It went just fine.  Two men showed up on time, they were professional and didn't over bill us.  I thought I had French windows but they said that the framework was inside the window, not outside, therefore would not charge for that service.  They were quick, efficient and friendly.
The carpet cleaning went well - the technician took into account that the carpet was pretty new and not too dirty, so he didn't try to up-sell me on a protectant application - I appreciated that.

The carpet was done well, but the team to do the baseboard for the same room showed up after the carpet was put down and all furniture replaced. Definite opportunity for improvement. The baseboard crew shrugged it off, moved the furniture again and got the work completed."
