"Chicago did a wonderful job! He was on time and very nice listened to our concerns and our white carpets are white again! Thank you so much"

"The design rep that came out and the install team were great! Carpet is beautiful. The only negative was there was no contact from the company advised the install team was delayed and would be arriving an hour after the latest promised arrival time and I was unable to reach any one when I called twice to see what was going on."

"installation took several teams- communication of this was not done well. Otherwise, the laminate installer was absolutely terrific. The carpet was done well, but the team to do the baseboard for the same room showed up after the carpet was put down and all furniture replaced. Definite opportunity for improvement. The baseboard crew shrugged it off, moved the furniture again and got the work completed."

"I hired this company to replace the carpet in my bedrooms. Excellent communication from the scheduling staff and excellent service from the installers. I highly recommend their services."
