"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The Carpet Police team did an OUTSTANDING job -- the tiles look brand new and we were astounded by the results. Before they began, we were hoping they could remove 90% of the residue, but they exceeded our expectations. The tile looks like it was just laid. They explained the processes to us: first an acid-based solution, which worked well and pleased us, but they indicated the results could be better so they followed with an alkaline-based solution to make the tiles gleam. They protected our cabinets, aluminum windows, rugs, and furniture and helped us move the furniture back into place when they finished. The cleaning took longer than expected, but the job was done right. They even scrubbed stubborn stains on their hands and knees. The cost was extremely reasonable - 49 cents per square foot. We will use them again."

"john was great.  actually answered the phone and showed up when he said he would.  initially i had asked him to put new deadbolts on a couple doors.  when he got there (with an assistant, matt), my husband wanted him to install a microwave.  i'm sure john didn't intend to spend a few hours, but was willing to tackle the job.  involved removing a cabinet over the stove, making a shelf and wrestling the thing into place.  great job, great attitude.  would use these guys again.
