"I am very fortunate to have Andrew of Slender and Sons up on my roof. I had a misfortunate problem with a NEW one year old foam roof. The owner of the Camp Verde foam roofing company did a proper job when foaming the deck (floor) of the roof. The problem arose when he sent his employes out to finish the job foaming the parapet wall and parapet top. It was below average workmanship. When Andrew showed me the photos of the work done I sunk into a dark despair. This is my forever home and I need it to function properly. I called Andrew after the camp verde 10 year warranty did not even return a phone call to me after four times of calling. Andrew resounded promptly. I was very gun shy and did not trust anyone after what I saw in the roof photos Andrew took. He was up on the roof for most of the day restructuring the roof inadequacies. If a roof does not function properly the whole house is worthless. When he finished and showed me the photos of his work I was very pleased. He knew the best approach to strengthen and restore a weak roof. I now feel protected from strong Arizona weather elements. "Bowtie replaced the roof on my garage a couple years ago when a tree fell on it. This time hail destroyed  the entire roof (Murphy's Law?). They did a great job on the garage, so I had no reservations giving them this job as well.
A team of about 6 guys showed up in the early morning on the appointed day and just got busy. The team worked well together and it was easy to see that they all knew what to do without being told. They finished the garage the 1st day, and came back the 2nd day to do the house.  The crew replaced some rotted out wood sheathing that was discovered when they stripped the roof. They made sure the gutters were properly installed under the new drip edge.
An unexpected bonus was the way they handled the lightning rods. The ground wires were neatly tucked under the ridge cap, out of view and greatly enhancing the beauty of the finished roof. Great idea! Bowtie also used a tough polypropylene underlayment when they could have gotten by using old-school felt.
Dave and the crew kept me informed the entire time, and were always responsive to my questions and concerns."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
