Resolved the issue quickly. Sinks, toilets working as expected. Appreciate how quickly the company responded from the time I called to the time Pepe arrived and resolved the issue. Had the septic tank pumped just a year ago so was not expecting any issues. Now informing the 4 women in the household to not flush make-up wipes down the toilets as that seems to be what caused the issue."

"Everything started out fine. He was super professional, friendly and explained everything. When my husband got home I told him what was wrong with it. After taking the toilet apart to replace the wax as instructed we had to buy a whole new toilet. After turning the water back on discovered it was not the toilet at all. It is in the wall behind the shower. We still do not have running water.
