Today he and his crew did an awesome job on removal of all the insulation under my home. He suggested a spray foam application with another contractor instead of doing the new install himself. That is saving me money. What great customer service, putting the clients needs above making a buck. "Ace had installed an A/C unit for me about 7-8 years ago and that was the unit that broke down. The good: The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful in helping me get this covered by my home warranty company. The bad: 1) Tech showed up 5 to 6 hours later than originally scheduled. I don't have a problem with that but needed to put a bad grade on it. 2) The office was difficult to work with in getting their cooperation in working with my home warranty company. Their policy is that they do not work with home warranty companies. Eventually they were cooperative given that I was paying for the services and that my home warranty company would reimburse me. 3) The pricing was outrageous in my opinion. I paid $950 for 2 capacitors, a spliced wire and about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor. I understand there is a bunch of overhead cost and labor costs, however, $950 seems to be excessively high. Fortunately my home warranty company covered this cost. In summary, I was mostly disappointed in the high cost given that I was a previous customer. I was also disappointed with the difficulty I had in getting them to cooperate with my home warranty company when there was no risk of financial payment to Ace. I will not use Ace for any of my homes in the future."

"After having some cold rooms with the dip in temps, I asked a few insulation companies to come diagnose our issue. Of all of them, Gil was certainly the best in my view. He was professional for the entire visit, and dedicated a lot of time to me. He inspected my attic space, took some pictures, and told me some issues that he noticed.
Though Gil believed that swapping batt for blown-in for a couple of the cold rooms, he believed that my main issue was pressure-related. He had a few tools including an infrared camera, and a tool to measure pressure. Being an engineer, and not seeing these diagnostics from the other teams, I gave a lot of credibility to his findings.
In the end, he gave me some sensible advice and was honest that I should try increasing the pressure in my rooms because it would have the most bang for the buck ($10 DIY). He did still provide some quotes on blown-in for select areas, as well as some energy audit information. He even provided some literature on the rebate programs and gave his overall opinions very openly.
In general, I think it was Gil himself that I was most impressed with, and I'm just casting that opinion to Marshall as a whole. I've completed the DIY, but most likely will do the blown-in installation in the near future. If I do, I intend to use Marshall for the work.

"It went wonderful. Ryan and his crew installed a neighbors house at the end of spring, which I asked for their contact information. I did my due diligence and met with installers network, Pella and Anderson, two main contractors in the phoenix area. Ryan was straight forward and upfront about all costs and expectations. He offered the same products as both Pella and Anderson at a better price point. Once ordered, Ryan was able to give me a pretty accurate date for the arrival of the windows and when installation could be installed. As the date got closer he knew pretty much which week windows would be delivered. Due to his accurate timing, my family and I were able to plan a little staycation in the Phoenix area while him and his crew worked to install our windows over 5 days, including stucco repair. I stopped in to check up and was happy to see how fast and efficient they were removing and installing our windows. They took great care in not damaging our new hard wood floors as they worked inside and out. Ryan was very informative and easy to communicate with issues or concerns I had during this entire process. After a great staycation, we came home to beautiful new windows and two gorgeous sliding glass doors. You could instantly tell how much better these windows were right as we walked in our entrance. Areas that were beaten by the sun were still light and bright but felt almost 10 degrees cooler. Looking around the outside you couldn’t even tell the windows had been replaced besides how clean and new they looked. Stucco had been done perfectly and paint matched up with the rest of the house. Certainly one happy camper here, and would suggest him and his team to anyone else looking for an upgrade in their windows."
