I am a GEC ((general engineering contractor)(veteran US ARMY Civil Engineer)) working on specialized and high-end projects on both residential and commercial areas. "We scheduled an appointment, but the assigned individual under Neil Kumar did not show up. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, Neil Kumar responded with baseless assumptions and accusatory remarks directed at us as the customer. One such accusation was that we were trying to impose a time limit on the work which we never did. We simply scheduled an appointment and expected the person assigned to arrive as agreed. Unfortunately, that did not happen. What made the situation even more troubling were the unrelated and inappropriate racial comments made during the exchange, which came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and racially insensitive. As someone of Indian ethnicity myself, I found the experience especially disappointing and unacceptable. We will not be doing business with this company again."
