Jim arrived as scheduled to measure the windows and provide an estimate. He said it would take 7 to 10 days to fabricate the screens. He called 6 days later and said the screens were ready for installation. He came the next day to install the screens. Two screens were mis-measured. He called his shop, gave them the corrected dimensions, and returned 2 hours later with the proper screens. The installation was professional and the screens look great. They significantly reduce the solar heat and glare, especially on our west facing windows

It was a great experience. The owner, himself, came out to take the measurements and perform the installation. Additionally, he did an excellent job and charged a fair price for the service. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend the company to others.

They were all courteous, but the blinds just don't fit right. I think the company shorted some of the slats, and they don't close up totally. The people who own Budget Blinds said it was the company they dealt with and they couldn't do anything about it.

"The blinds were beautiful but ¼ inch too long. They normally take ¼ off for security but not this time. And since it was a custom blinds order they also refused to take them back and trim them. As a result, I had to trim them manually with a hacksaw. I’m 8 months pregnant. Very annoying. "
