Honey Bees Cleaning & Janitorial Service TMIt was good. I actually left a list. I didn't mention the list, but they found it and checked everything off the list. They were very kind, very nice and very thoughtful. They did extra touches because they knew it was a special occasion. It is a family and they were all thanking my husband for his service and they did a little flower arrangement for my daughter in her room. They liked that she was home, and they told her that. So they were very kind and really listened to what I said and they were thinking of my needs and then providing things very thorough. They took rugs out and shake it. I have dogs and they were very kind about that. They really did a great job. They went through my list and made sure everything was done. Then they asked me to do a walk-through and see if there was anything I needed in addition. I had some issues in the shower that I was trying to fix and she worked on it and she came and she explained why it would not work. They really did a lot. Anything I asked, they really were there. It was a deep cleaning service and they really did provide it. It was my first time using them.- Tina B.

Mountain View Air Conditioning & Heating, LLCIt went very well! The guys doing the sealing (forget what it is called) were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They showed me the instruments that they use to measure the amount of seal to show the success of the process. They explained it all really well to where I understood. They were polite, cleaned up after the process was complete, gave me the certificate of warranty and were very thorough, even with follow-up to see how things were going. Absolute Cleaning SVThis gentleman and his fiancee did a very thorough cleaning on my apartment I was moving out of. I passed inspection with flying colors and it was at a very reasonable rate. I wished I had hired these two to do my move-in cleaning that I unfortunately paid someone else to do for over twice the amount he charged (and they did not do a through cleaning). Sears Appliance RepairThey're wonderful. They do a wonderful job. They've been coming here for years. They only come to Sierra Vista on 2 Fridays a month. They're better than anybody around here on pricing. Their quality is very good. I will be using them again in May. 2 people come out to compete the job. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half maybe. It all depends. We have a small house. He vacuums first and then he does the carpet cleaning. The cleanliness of the rugs & carpets is the best part.- lorraine d.

They are very nice people. I would certainly use them again in the future. They worked until they were done. There were 2 people and they were here a couple of hours I think. We have a small house. the housecleaner s were excellent, however, dealing with Handy was totally a different story. They don't return emails or phone calls. In order to cancel my services, I had to call Angie's List who then forwarded me to Handy. Again, the housekeepers were excellent, the company a nightmare.

Remodeling my shower by Dream Style Remodeling was the best decision that I have ever made. The quality of the product and work was amazing. My shower came out beautiful. Kyle C. and his helper did a professional job. The detail and craftmanship was out of this world. Kyle C. was polite, respectful, courtesy, professional yet, listened and provided his professional expertise. Through my experience this is one project that came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Kyle and his helper were on time, organized, clean, and always kept in contact with arrivals. I requested to change my shower door at the last minute, which Kyle purchased a shower curtain, rods and a pole. The thoughtfulness of doing this surprised me. Talk about putting the customer first. These guys are great and I will make sure to spread the word about their quality and professional talent that shows in their work. Great job and was very impressed with the quality of work.

Our furnace went out 20 days ago. We have a home warranty that has no "in network" providers, so we were authorized to call anyone we liked. Since I have used One Hour in the past for business, I naturally called them. Matt came out on a Monday (Feb 8). He was excellent. Determined that the blower needs replaced - so old, going to be hard to find a replacement. Recommended a new furnace. They were aware that we were working with a Home Warranty company. One Hour has made this VERY difficult to get handled. They do not respond to requests for emails or phone calls in a timely manner regarding the parts or the furnace so that we can get approval for a new furnace. We have almost had to call daily and sometimes multiple times a day to follow up on a simple request for an email. Our warranty company has called them for information and not been able to get the information they need to complete this repair/replacement. We are literally 5 minutes away from getting a new furnace approved and they cannot find the time, or as the local service manager just told my husband, "We don't talk to home warranty companies, so we're going above and beyond. The service tech is in the field and will call when he has the chance." (We're on day 4 of requesting that this five minute conversation happen so they can process approval for the new furnace). We have the money for the furnace, we just want to make sure we get reimbursed by the warranty company. If you have a home warranty, definitely call somebody else! The frustration of not getting what you need to follow up for a quick resolution to your heating/cooling problem is not worth it. We are going with another company. Why give our money to someone who can't spare 5 minutes of their time to make a follow-up phone call?
