MAMA'S LIL HELPER

Initially the employees were punctual, hard working and I was happy with the service.  In and around the November time frame the cleaner just quit coming all together.  I was finally able to get ahold of the owner Lisa Dion after a month of no service and she assured me she would call the next day.  They was no call and in fact no response to  my in inquiry if they were still in business.  To this end she has not responded to my last communication.  While the service provided was acceptable, their lack of timeliness and communication was terrible.

The cleaning service owner came by the house and looked at the size and reviewed what I wanted done. She called me back and gave me a quote for monthly, bi-monthly, and weekly service. I selected the bi-monthly service. The cleaning lady comes in the morning or afternoon based on my preferred schedule. She is always prompt and very responsive to our specific needs. When she first started the service, she used her own cleaning supplies. However, my husband had an allergic reaction so she uses our cleaning products now. She was able to change the schedule when I needed her to come before a party as well as coming before Thanksgiving. It was so nice not to have to worry about the party planning, menu, and guest requirements as well as the house being clean.

She cleaned from top to bottom; fans, baseboards, shelves, floors counters, rugs and everything in between. I have hod no problem the years they have cleaned my home.
