JRB RenovationsExperience was great. Bob has never failed to follow up and is always punctual. He even did favors of picking up other materials for me as I don't have a truck. Great team and great service. Worked fast and the team was efficient. Bob was also flexible. Good Solid HomesThe entire project went incredibly well. David Good is a perfectionist when it comes to construction and painting, both interior and exterior. He uses the best paint and materials, is meticulous about edge lines and other details, and works quickly and efficiently. He cleans up during and after the job so you don't even know he was there. His carpentry, drywall and painting skills are excellent and Dave went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his work. Pointe ConstructionPointe responded quickly with the latest and greatest equipment. Did I mention it was on a SUNDAY NIGHT?! I had never seen drying mats that literally sucked water up from under hardwood,yet Pointe brought several to our job. There was a process in place to insure our family's safety, and the workers were very through. The workers were; professional and empathic, skilled and efficient. They were conscientious to our family's needs and schedule. Pointe workers were detail oriented and just flat out amazing. Honestly walking into our home and seeing the flood, I was stressed and overwhelmed. After Pointe came started fixing things that same night and returned EVERY DAY until the project was complete, I had a calm assurance that they were professionals. JDS ImprovementsJohn is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. They are very fairly priced - do quality work and show up on time every time. John answers the phone at all times and when he can't he calls back promptly. His crew is great and very good at what they do. We had drywall, painting, flooring and general work done. If he can't do it he knows someone that can! When they left for the day they always cleaned up the work area - even if they would be back the first thing the following day. Canyon Meadows Remodel And RepairI emailed the business owner and he responded by a phone call. We agreed on a time to meet at the house and Mike arrived right on time. Mike determined the drywall damage was caused by a leak at the edge of the window flashing outside on the roof. We agreed on a price and he scheduled the work later that week. He fixed the leak and tested it over a period of a couple of days. After he was satisfied the window would not leak, he replaced the drywall, textured and painted. He ordered the paint to match the existing paint and took care of picking it up, too. The job is perfect--you cannot tell where the repair was. I was pleased to discover every bit of debris had been cleaned up and there was not anything to indicate any repair work had been done. I am very happy with Canyon Meadows Remodeling and Repair and will definitely call them for any future work.- Jan C.

The people of Tintas Granite were simply amazing. Everyone that I met were super professional. They took a lot of time explaining some of our options and helped us decide. The results are outstanding and we are very happy with the job. A test for this company came at the end of the job and they passed with flying colors. I gave them all A's because they deserve it. The workers that came to our house were on time, very professional, and cleaned up before they left. Bill, the owner, is one of the nicest people I know. His office is very welcoming with lots of smiles.

This company is worthy of not only an "A" rating, but an "A+" rating. The three man crew that arrived at the house were awesome! They were professional, friendly, great communicators, and hard workers. They went right to work after a brief walk thru to show them the scope of work we were asking to have done. The crew went to work immediately, each having their own assignments to accomplish the cleaning. The carpets turned out better than they ever have! They even got the areas of the carpeting that see the most foot traffic clean! The crew was very careful not to run the cleaning equipment into the door jambs and base boards. They placed corner protectors at each door jamb to make sure their equipment didn't scratch these surfaces. The owner/management team of this company was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact to all follow up communications both before and after the job. You can't go wrong with using the Carpet Police for your carpet cleaning jobs. We can only imagine how well they can perform all the other cleaning services that they offer.

Across the board terrible workmanship and a horrible mess at the end. I hired Ken after getting 3 quotes. They were all about the same but his experience seemed good and trustworthy. I was VERY specific that I wanted high quality work and was willing to pay a good price for it. Though I paid for it, probably got the worst workmanship I have ever seen. The taping was only partially done - not top coat, no proper feathering of joints or corners, etc. Then he put sloppy texture on the whole lot to hide the bad tape. It's hard to see it unless you inspect it all carefully with a bright light after its all dries, but the whole house looks awful and I have no idea how to fix it. Seams are all visible under the heavy, slopped on texture. If he has just spent the few extra hours to tape it properly most of it would be OK or fixable. But the slopped on texture to hide the incomplete tape job and it looks wretched. Even where he was just coated smooth walls that were already good, the texture is completely uneven. - some light, some small some big some thick (skip trowel texture) This is a $120K remodel on a $700k house, and it looks wretched like a low grade rental house in a slum!! Talk about ruining a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood! I can't install the kitchen cabinets until it's corrected. There is dust everywhere. Just a train wreck situation caused by 1 guy after many months and a small fortune spent. Definitely look elsewhere and BE CAREFUL!! Everybody will tell you they are the really good and will do great work. A lot of them take a payment and cut corners and run away. If you just want cheap (and bad) there are plenty out there who will do that for your flip or rental. If you want good, be ready to inspect everything every stage. Don't pay until you are sure it's up to standard.
