We want to thank all of our Angie's List members for their continued support. Since 2013 we have consistently won the Super Service Award in multiple categories such as: moving and piano moving. In 2014, we were also awarded the Gold Shield Award for service town and we currently hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Gay Muscular Movers is fully equipped with a highly efficient, energetic, relaxed and professional office. Communication, attention to detail and ease of mind for our customers is what we strive for. On the date of your move, your foreman will give you a courtesy call to introduce himself, as well as, give you an estimated time of the crew's arrival. Upon arriving at your location, your foreman will conduct a walk through and go over paper work with you, while the remainder of the crew begins preparing for your move by padding your doorways and stairways. All of your oversized belongings will be padded and shrink wrapped at your discretion. Your belongings will be dissembled and disconnected (as needed) at your departing location and then reassembled and reconnected at your destination (with the exception of electronic devices). Our highly trained loaders will carefully load your belongings onto our 26-foot truck in an organized and strategic manner to ensure the safety of your belongings during transit. After your move is completed a quality assurance call is conducted with our office staff to ensure that your move was executed proficiently and professionally.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs. We now have the knowledge and comfort of knowing the real condition of our home. We have peace of mind and feel the resale value of our home is secure."

"I paid a $60 service fee, but  they did repairs worth $1000. My builder in hind sight put faucets that are very hard to get and are very expensive. It was a good experience. I enjoy having them around.  They sent a very good guy out to do the work. They were very responsive, and they responded very quickly. I was impressed with the guy that they sent."
