I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Crescendo AZ. Steve, the owner, was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He gave me a very reasonable price to remove our old Saltillo tile and install new Legno Beige tile that looks just like wood. The transformation is incredible. His crew was outstanding. Dave and Dave, the tile installers, are true craftsmen — their attention to detail on both the tile and baseboards was impressive. Burt also did an amazing job painting all the baseboards in just one day, and the finish looks perfect. If you need a reliable, skilled, and honest home renovation company, I highly recommend Crescendo AZ. The experience and results were excellent.

The cabinets arrived damaged so Crescendo sent them back. New cabinets never arrived. Both Steve Emineth and I decided since it has been 7 months to cancel the cabinets order and I would receive my $3,500 deposit back. Steve keeps telling me he is going to drop off a check to me, but he never follows through. Steve form of communication is an answering machine or email. Which he rarely checks. No physical address. The address he post is an empty store front.

Manny did an amazing job. It was exactly what we wanted and everything was cut to perfection. Thank you again so much we really appreciate it and if any future projects we will be sure to contact yall !

The price was right, the installers were professional and very work detailed and respected my house the the job at hand. They set tile one day, came back the next and grouted. Could not ask for more.

Crescendo installed tiles in my residence; however, the grout used was of an incorrect color. I engaged their services to install kitchen cabinets; a deposit of $3,500 was paid. The cabinets arrived damaged, and they were subsequently returned. Due to prolonged delays in receiving replacements?taking several months?we mutually agreed to discontinue the project. I have been awaiting the refund of my $3,500 deposit for over six months. Unfortunately, the company is unresponsive; it is difficult to reach them by phone, and responses via phone messages or email often take several days. To date, I have not received my deposit nor a satisfactory resolution. My dealings with this company have been consistently problematic and frustrating.

Steve did a good job on my sink. The new color looks great. There was one small minor problem but I texted him and he was here within no more than two hours. every thing went great.

This was the only countertop company (with good reviews) that would use a half slab of Silestone that we had left from another earlier project. We needed them to pick up the stone at our house as we are not able to move a heavy piece of quartz. They were easy to work with. Truly nice people. Showed up when they said they would. The countertops turned out beautiful. Definitely would use them again if we need more countertop work.

Tile installer did a great job leveling floor and installing 12x24 tile in a large arizona room. Work was done in the time frames discussed and accomodations made to finish work on following Monday to allow us to attend an event on Friday without increase in fee. Work was done in afreindly professional manner within our budget.

Very professional work. The project took longer than expected due to the difficulties removing areas of our old tile ( residential tile was installed by the previous business owners rather than industrial tile that should have been used).

Actual complete Master bathroom remodel. The team was very thorough and cleaned up every day. I felt comfortable going out of town while they did the remodel. Communication with contractor was great. I will definitely use them again.

It's like hiring the family

Over a four week period the Creschendo crew (2 people) installed travertine stone over our existing cement patio and pool deck surface. This was a challenging installation due to the numerous curves for the pool and stairs, and the 100+ temperatures. The crew arrived every morning at 6:30AM and worked until 12:30PM. They performed the travertine install in a Versais (sic) pattern, which is beautiful.

The workman was great. We are very pleased with the tile installation and repairs. He was very efficient and very nice to work with. We would definitely recommend the company. They were very responsive.
