"Had an initial good experience with the company. They were able to get us in quickly for an install for a new build home. Got a couple estimates and decided on this company given a coworker used them for a prior project and they happened to be in my neighborhood. The issues started happening after the major storms. Areas underneath the pavers started sinking. They dug a trench for an irrigation system leading to the backyard and I suspect it wasn't properly compacted leading to the premature errosion and collapsing of the pavers. I spent over 40k+ on this project and have been very gracious on getting the issue resolved before posting this review. I've made, 8 different attempts over the span of over 2 months to get this inspected/repaired. At first I'd get a promising message saying they'd get someone out right away, then wouldn't hear anything for days. Now I can't even get a response back. "

So Bill comes to my home to see my complaint and says that I ordered the wrong thickness for that edge. I chose 3 mm thickness, and it should have been 2 mm. Bill (being the pro) should have told me and I would have chosen something else. I wish Bill would have directed me to the 2mm. So Bill says he'll "redu" the job with 2 mm for an additional $750.00. The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) says that chimneys and their associated elements like fireplaces, vents, or stoves should be cleaned at least once a year before the start of seasonal use. According to the Chimney Safety Institute of America, a chimney should be cleaned when there is 1/8 inch of soot buildup. If there’s more than that, creosote—a flammable byproduct of burning wood—can form and increase the risk of a chimney fire.
