Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. "25 April 2025: Mr. Brent Stephenson and his crew, Chase inspected the items we requested to be repaired. Brent estimated the repair cost at $750 and would need 1 to 2 days to complete. He specifically requested Cash payment. I agreed to his terms but I requested an itemized bill to show the work performed and cost. He agreed. 26 April 2025: Chase came the next day to start the work. Noticed right away that Chase seem to be forgetful since he had to go back and forth to retrieve the tools he needed. Although, he seemed to know what he was doing. However, he had to stop work about three times to go to the Home Depot store to purchase materials for the repair, resulting in delay. He started at 0830 and left the work site at 1945. Work was not completed, however. Chase told us he had to go back in the morning to complete the work. He didn't return the next day. Substandard work and unprofessional behavior. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!"
