"Brett arrived promptly and introduced himself to my husband and myself. We had Brett take a look at an area rug we had (which was stored away because it needed cleaning desperately) to see if he would be able to clean it for us. Thankfully he would be able to do the job. He started on the area rug and then began cleaning the rugs inside. He was very cautious when cleaning the rug around furniture which could not be moved. The furniture he did move was done so with care (as if it were his own). He did a fantastic job in all the rooms and I was amazed at the outcome on the area rug. It looked like new again.
